What will happen to my Custom Programs in the myPhonak app if I switch to a new mobile phone?

For most Phonak hearing aid models, your custom programs will remain saved when you switch phones

If you change your mobile phone all the Custom Programs you’ve saved will also be available on your new phone once you pair the hearing aids.

However, if you use Marvel hearing aids, you will not be able to keep your Custom Programs when switching to a new phone and will need to create them again.
