Why do Phonak hearing aids switch to the streaming program when TalkBack or VoiceOver is activated?

Hearing aids switch to streaming program when TalkBack or VoiceOver is activated
If the user has paired the hearing aids with their smartphone while using TalkBack or VoiceOver in myPhonak, the hearing aids perceive the voice of these functionalities as streaming and switch automatically to the streaming program. When using TalkBack or VoiceOver, we recommend to not have the hearing aids paired with your phone as this will interfere with the usage of the app.
