Is there a situation where it is required to disconnect my hearing aids from the myPhonak app?

Can Stay connected feature be enabled all the time?   
Only if you are in an in-person fitting appointment with your HCP you need to temporarily disconnect your hearing aids from the app. This can be done in the app in the menu:  Devices -> Connection management -> Disconnect.
