How can I disable Bluetooth® streaming on Infinio Ultra hearing aids?

For Infinio Ultra hearing aids, call and media streaming can be disabled in the myPhonak app settings.

If you have Infinio Ultra or later hearing aids, they’re automatically set up for streaming and phone calls when paired with the myPhonak app. This means you don’t need to pair your hearing aids separately with your phone for audio streaming and phone calls.

If you  don’t want to use your hearing aids for phone calls and audio streaming, you can disable this function in the app:

  1. Go to ‘’Devices’’
  2. Select ‘’Streaming via Bluetooth’’ and
  3. Turn off ‘’Bluetooth streaming” by tapping the toggle.

You can follow the same path to enable the function again.

Note: This feature is only available in the myPhonak app version 7.2 or later for users of Infinio Ultra hearing aids. If you have an earlier-generation device, you can disable streaming by removing the Bluetooth pairing in your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
