What to do if your Phonak TV Connector doesn’t connect automatically anymore

Basic troubleshooting steps to help your TV Connector connect automatically

Your Phonak hearing aids automatically connect to the TV Connector if: 

  • The TV Connector is connected to your TV
  • The TV is turned on and the audio signal is not muted
  • The hearing aids are paired with the TV Connector
  • You are within the operating range of the TV Connector 

If the issue continues, contact your hearing care professional to check if the “Automatic activation” of the TV Connector program is enabled in the fitting software.
