How to reset the Phonak TV Connector

To reset the TV Connector follow these steps:

1. Press the connect button on the back of the TV Connector for 7 seconds.
2. During the 7 seconds- the LED will initially flash blue - then red. Once the reset is complete the LED will turn orange.
3. Once the reset is finished Phonak hearing aids that were previously connected to the device have been erased from the TV Connector memory.

To re-connect the hearing aids to the TV Connector follow these steps:

1. First ensure the hearing aids are within 1 meter of the TV Connector.
2. Press the Connect button on the back of the TV Connector to connect.
