How do I re-join an Auracast™ broadcast audio stream?

If you lost connection but are still in range, the hearing aids will try to reconnect for 10 seconds.

If the hearing aids still didn’t reconnect or you exited the stream intentionally (e.g. because you moved out of range or received a phone call), the following two actions will reconnect your hearing aids:

  • Toggle back into the broadcast via a long press on the hearing aid’s push button. The Auracast™ program will be the first program in your toggle sequence. If you have other manual programs, they will follow after the Auracast™ program.  
  • Use the myPhonak app and change the hearing aid program to the Auracast broadcast program.
