How to unpair Phonak hearing aid from Android™ smartphone

Unpairing Android smartphone and Phonak hearing will disable wireless calls and streaming.

To unpair your Phonak hearing aids from your smartphone: 

  1. From the phone home screen, tap the 'Applications' tab on the bottom of the screen. 
  2. Tap 'Settings'. 
  3. Tap 'Wireless & Networks'. 
  4. Tap 'Bluetooth Settings'. 
  5. A list of paired devices will appear on the screen. Press and hold on the name of your Phonak hearing aid. 
  6. A pop-up menu will appear, tap 'Unpair'. 

The pairing has now been removed from your smartphone. Your Phonak hearing aids will no longer receive calls from this phone or stream audio.
