How the Roger Easy Guide works
Step 1 Begin by selecting one or two areas where you want to enhance your hearing, such as work, education, or personal life.
Step 2 Next, choose the specific situations in which you want to enhance your speech understanding. You can select multiple situations at once and prioritize any of them as very important.
Step 3 Finally, click on "Solution," and the Roger Easy Guide will provide recommendation for the optimal hearing aid microphone based on your unique listening needs.

Roger Upgrader™ is a tool designed to update the firmware of your Roger devices. It can be used to upgrade the Roger Touchscreen Mic, Roger On, Roger Select and more. It also works for Roger loudspeakers such as Roger DigiMaster.
What Roger Upgrader can do for you
Upgrade automatically Choose [Automatic upgrade] if you want to upgrade a Roger device to the latest available version.
Upgrade manually Choose [Manual firmware change] if you already know which version a device requires.
Read your devices data Choose [Read device data] to learn more about a specific Roger device (such as its firmware version, serial number e.g.).
Check which devices are compatible Choose [Compatibility guide] to learn which devices (i.e. firmware versions) can be used together in the same Roger network.

How to use the Roger Configurator
Choose a hearing device
Choose the brand of your client's hearing devices, followed by the product family and model, before clicking continue. Since Roger is compatible with nearly all brands of hearing aids and cochlear implants, you should find the devices you need on the list.
Choose from a list of compatible Roger microphones
Once you have selected your client's hearing device, a list of compatible Roger microphones will be provided for you to choose from. If you're unsure which microphone is the most suitable for your clients, feel free to refer to our Roger Easy Guide.
Choose from the list of compatible Roger receivers
Once you have identified the ideal Roger wireless microphone for your client's listening needs and selected it, a list of compatible Roger receivers will appear which will then complete the Roger system for your client. Choose the one that best fits your client's requirements. After that, there is just one final step: placing your order.
