SilentCloud Clinical Insights

Preliminary data of first SilentCloud users indicate a benefit of iCBT usage.

  • SilentCloud users who completed iCBT (n = 63) see a significant reduction in tinnitus burden (THI) pre- and post-therapy of 30% or 14.7 points (mean THIpre =  48.3 changed to mean THIpost = 33.7).
  • More than 77% of all users showed improvements and 63% of all users report to have a clinically significant improvement in their THI scores (MCID ≥ 7 points reduction).
  • Clinical efficacy is currently further evaluated in a multi-center randomized clinical trial in Europe.
