Why doesn't my Phonak RemoteControl work with my Infinio and EON hearing aids?

RemoteControl Compatibility

Some older RemoteControl devices are not compatible with Infinio and EON hearing aids (including Audéo R & Sphere, CROS, Virto R).

If you have these hearing aids and are experiencing issues connecting them to your RemoteControl, please reach out to your hearing care professional for assistance.
