Why can I not pair or connect my hearing aids to myPhonak with my Motorola phone?
We are currently experiencing an issue with the myPhonak that may prevent successful pairing with some Motorola smartphones. Our technical team is actively working on a fix to resolve this as quickly as possible.
At this time, we are unable to recommend a reliable workaround. However, you may try the following:
Retry the pairing process a few times, as it may work intermittently.
Use a different smartphone if available, to complete the pairing.
