Self-replacement for clients

Self-replacement* is an optional procedure for patients to replace Lyric devices on their own. After assessing and training them, you can continue to check their ears on a regular basis, replacing their Lyric devices every other time. The only change with self-replacement is a decrease in the frequency of in-clinic visits. This benefits you both and can also free you up to see additional patients. Self-replacement benefits for your business:

  • Less frequent follow-up appointments
  • Less unscheduled appointments (drop ins)
  • Intended to increase Trial Success Rate (TSR)
  • Free-up time in your agenda to onboard more new patients
