Using the myPhonak app to change the volume or program during Remote Support session
Can I use the app functionality during a myPhonak app Remote Support session to change the volume or program and then switch back to the call?
This is not possible. During a Remote Support session, switching to the Remote Control functionality to adjust program or volume then returning to the call could interrupt the session.
