Can I use the myPhonak app with a non-smartphone?

myPhonak app and non-smartphones / feature phones

No. myPhonak app only works with smartphones supporting Bluetooth® LE (Low Energy).

 

Minimum requirement for smartphone:

iPhone®
iOS® version 15.0
Bluetooth version 4.2 or newer

Android OS version 8.0
