Why can't I see my health data in the myPhonak app?
Wearing the hearing aids all day but no health data shown in the myPhonak app
To see health data in the app, the hearing aids must be connected to the app.
To access health features the user needs to login to the app with a myPhonak account.
Make sure that health data tracking is activated:
Go to the Profile section
Open "Health preferences"
Activate "Health data".
Make sure to be signed in with your account.
The availability of health features is determined by the Phonak hearing aid model you use. Some health features may not be accessible with your specific hearing aids. Additionally, the health features are only compatible with rechargeable Phonak hearing aid models.
