myPHONAK provides up-to-date information regarding your hearing needs. You will find product related information for your hearing aids and accessories, relevant articles regarding the use of your hearing aids and you can store contact information for your hearing care professional.
Who can access myPHONAK?
myPHONAK is accessible to hearing instrument wearers and non-wearers alike; however, it is most valuable for individuals who own Phonak 1B90 hearing aids or accessories. Consumers who have received their instruments from the VA are precluded from using the functionality of MyPhonak due to government rules and regulations.
What are the features of myPHONAK?
myPHONAK currently offers you support information for your hearing aids and accessories. (At this stage Nathos products are not available for support registration. We are working on having them available as soon as possible.) Additionally, you can add your Hearing Care Professional (HCP)’s contact information for easy reference. Finally, you will get relevant information regarding the use of your hearing aids.
Why would I get a myPHONAK account and not go to my HCP?
myPHONAK helps you to find answers to your day-to-day questions around your hearing aids and accessories without having to contact your hearing care professional. If the simple troubleshooting advice we provide does not help you to answer all your questions, we recommend you go see your hearing care professional.
I’m having trouble signing up. What should I do?
Make sure you checked the box next to the “I’m not a robot” statement.
Make sure you filled out all mandatory fields.
Check your spam folder for the activation email.

Check your spam folder. Otherwise, try registering again.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Go to the Login tab on my.phonak.com/us/en.html. Click “Forgot password” below the password field. Type in your email address and click “Reset my password.” You will receive an email with instructions on how to complete your password change. Check your spam folder if you are not getting the “Reset my password” email.
I didn’t receive the “Reset my password” email. What should I do?
Check your spam folder. Otherwise, try the “Reset my password” button again.
How can I register my hearing aids?
After you have logged-in: you can register your hearing aids in the product tab by product name or serial number
How can I register my accessory?
The accessories can only be registered in the “Product” tab once you have logged in to myPHONAK. Please scroll down below the hearing aids section and click on the “add accessory” button. You can add your accessory by serial number or product name.
Where can I find the serial number of my hearing aids/accessories?
You can find the serial number of your hearing aids in the battery compartment. They can find the serial number of their accessories either on the back side (com pilot, tv link, table mic), in the battery compartment (pilot one), below the clip (clip on mic and remote mic), in the settings section of the accessories (inspiro) or at the button of the pen (roger pen/roger easy pen).
How can I edit the hearing aids/accessories I registered?
Edit functionality is not yet available. If you’d like to make a change, delete the current information and add the new information.
How do I register my HCP?
Go to the “my professional” tab once you have logged in to myPHONAK. Here you can add your HCP’s contact information for easy reference.
How can I edit the HCP I registered?
Go to the “my professional” tab once you have logged in and select the delete option next to your hearing care professional’s name. Then add the correct information.
How can I edit my data?
You can edit your personal data in the “profile” section once you have logged in to myPHONAK. There is an edit functionality to the right of each field.
How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
You can unsubscribe from the myPHONAK newsletter in the profile section. If you scroll down, you will find an area where you can edit your “Consent and privacy.” After you click on “Edit” on the right side of the page, uncheck the box next to the newsletter sign up and hit “Save.”
How can I delete my account?
You can delete your account in the profile section. You have to scroll all the way down.
Which browser do I need to use myPhonak?
It is recommended to upgrade your browsers before using myPhonak as the website was designed for the most recent browser versions.
