Compatibility information
For the use of the myPhonak app, Phonak hearing aids with Bluetooth connectivity are required. The myPhonak app can be used on:

  • Phones with Bluetooth®  low energy (LE) capability
  • iPhone® mobile devices running iOS® Version 15.0 or newer
  • Google Mobile Services (GMS) certified Android™ devices supporting Bluetooth®  4.2 and Android OS 8.0 or newer.
