Do I need to create an account to use the myPhonak app?

The myPhonak app can be used without an account. However, an account is necessary if you wish to access the Health features of the app.

An account needs to be created to get the benefit of health tracking. The account can be created and managed in the myPhonak app. Creating an account is optional and it is not needed to access non-Health features. 

To access health features the user needs to login to the app with a myPhonak account. 
 

By having an account, the health data of the user is stored securely in the cloud and can be transferred from one device to another. Therefore, the data is not lost if the device is lost or replaced.
