Streaming music / calls are not working after initial pairing with my Windows laptop

If after the initial pairing with your laptop, the Bluetooth® Classic connection for streaming music and calls is not established immediately. Two actions will help to resolve this:

  • Wait for two minutes, the connection will be established
  • Reboot the hearing aids.
