Will the Custom Program be lost after installing the latest version of myPhonak?

After downloading and installing the latest version of the app, will all the Custom Programs be lost?

After updating myPhonak, Custom Programs will not be lost. However, Phonak hearing aids are limited by 10 Custom Programs.
Please note:

if more than 10 Custom Programs have been created, a maximum of 10 can only be used.
if more than 4 Custom Programs are created from the same Base Program, there will be a request to delete 1 or more of those programs to be able to stay within the allowed limits.
