Why is the LED light solid red when Phonak hearing aid is in the charger?

Hearing aid is out of its operating temperature range. Warm hearing aid up or cool it down.
Please be mindful of the temperature limits. The acceptable operating range during charging is between mild and moderate temperatures. If your hearing aid feels overly warm or cool, try adjusting its temperature accordingly.
