Why does the Bluetooth streaming program appear in the myPhonak app even when I'm not actively streaming?

My Phonak hearing aids frequently switch to the Bluetooth streaming program.
When your hearing aids are connected to your phone for streaming audio and phone calls, they switch to the Bluetooth streaming program whenever there is sound played on your phone. This includes various scenarios such as:
•    The ringing tone for incoming calls.
•    Audio from videos, music, or other media playing on your phone.
•    Notification sounds, including alert tones for text messages, emails, or app notifications.
•    System sounds like keyboard clicks, touch interactions, and screen lock sounds.

We recommend turning off notification and system sounds. Please access your phone settings to disable these sound settings.
