You have the 3.5 mm audio cable plugged into the headphone jack of the television. Use your television’s settings menu to enable the loudspeakers to play sound at the same time. Alternatively, unplug the 3.5 mm audio cable and use the optical Toslink cable for simultaneous audio from the TV Connector and the TV.
