How are Steps and Activity Levels tracked in the myPhonak app?

Steps and Activity levels

A hearing aid user can track physical activities without additional devices thanks to the integrated motion sensor (accelerometer). The motion sensor is able to count the total number of detected steps based on the accelerometer signal and can compute the Distance walked or ran.
Additionally, the hearing aids and the myPhonak app automatically track and display the time the user engages in various levels of activities: no movement, low movement like moving while sitting, medium movement like walking, high movement like running.

Go to www.phonak.com/myphonak  to check if the hearing aids support physical activity tracking.
