One hearing aid shuts down after selecting the TV Connector program in the app

Rechargeable hearing aid shuts down and gets unresponsive after selecting the TV Connector program in the myPhonak app
Workarounds:
  • Use long-press of volume button on the hearing aid or use the RemoteControl to enter the streaming program
  • Automatic activation of the TV Connector program (set by the hearing care professional)

If the hearing aid got unresponsive, please follow the steps below to activate it: 
  1. Press the lower volume button for min. 15 s
  2. Place the hearing aid in the charger case until the indicator light starts to blink (that can take up to 30 seconds)
  3. Remove hearing aid from charger case and let it boot up (AUTO-ON)
