No Resting heart rate values in the myPhonak app

Why can't the users see Resting heart rate values even though they see live or periodic heart rate values?
To track Resting heart rate, certain conditions must be fulfilled. The presented Resting heart rate is based on a calculation over several Heart rate values. For a Heart rate value to be part of this calculation, the user needs to be still for 5 minutes prior to making the measurement. If the user is constantly moving, no Heart rate values can be measured and thus no Resting heart rate can be calculated or be displayed in the app. It usually can take up to 4 hours until enough Heart rate values have been measured to calculate a meaningfull Resting heart rate. If the user is very active during this period, it can take longer.
