Why is the myPhonak app not showing the battery status of my hearing aids?

After the update, myPhonak app does not show the battery status of my rechargeable hearing aids
Workaround:  
  • Turn your hearing aids off and on again and reconnect them to the app. 
  • Restart your smartphone if the issue persists. 
Please note, the battery status is only available for rechargeable hearing aids.
