How many Bluetooth® devices can I pair and connect to my Phonak hearing aids?

Phonak hearing aids can be paired with up to eight Bluetooth-enabled devices. Two devices can be connected at the same time.

You can pair up to eight Bluetooth devices (e.g., smartphones) with your Phonak hearing aids, of which two can be connected at the same time.

Only with Marvel hearing aids, only two Bluetooth enabled devices (e.g. smartphone) can be paired to the hearing aids, of which one device can be connected at a time.

If you want to pair a new smartphone to the Phonak hearing aids, follow these steps:

Click ”Forget devices” on the device that is paired at the moment.
Ensure that Bluetooth wireless technology is enabled on the device that you are going to pair with. Search for Bluetooth enabled devices in the connectivity menu.
Enable Bluetooth on the hearing aids. Battery powered models: open battery door- wait 5 seconds and close it again. Rechargeable: Switch the hearing aid off and on using the Push Button.
The hearing aids will now connect to other Bluetooth device.
