How to deactivate the ringtone in my Phonak hearing aids?

Ringtones for an incoming call with Phonak hearing aids cannot be switched off. The Bluetooth Classic standard used globally for connection between devices does not differentiate between ringtones and actually audio signals so the hearing aid is not able to distinguish these.

Some phone models might support this functionality on their individual operating system but there is no standard defined by the Bluetooth protocol. Please check with your phone manufacturer if that is an available option on your model.
