Why can't I make phone calls with my Phonak hearing aids connected to Apple Watch?

My Phonak hearing aids are connected to Apple Watch. I can stream audio signal normally but can’t make phone calls.
Change the Bluetooth connection for phone calls from adaptive to fixed bandwidth. This can be done in the myPhonak app settings or by the hearing care professional in the fitting software.

IMPORTANT: Please restart the hearing aids to activate the new settings.
