Tips and tricks for Android phones to ensure easy pairing and use of Phonak hearing aids

Make sure the phone is updated to the latest Android version
Turn off keypad touch sounds: Settings – Sounds – Uncheck touch sounds.
Close open apps (not all Android phones will be the same, this is an example of a Samsung S8):

a. Swipe up from the bottom
b. Choose the icon that looks like 2 “L”s (bottom left)
c. Close each individual app or choose “close all”

If none of the mentioned points will help, please reboot your phone and try again.
