Why am I experiencing Bluetooth hearing aid connection issues after updating to Android / One UI 6.x?
Android, One UI 6.x may cause Bluetooth disconnections or limited hearing aid functionality due to phone software.
If you’re using a Samsung Galaxy phone on Android with One UI 6.x, you may experience Bluetooth disconnections or limited hearing aid functionality. The problem is in the phone software’s handling of Bluetooth audio profiles, not your hearing aids, as such we are working with phone manufacturers to resolve this.
Potential Resolution
Note, this workaround may not resolve the issue on all devices.
