Why am I unable to pair both of my hearing aids to the myPhonak app together?
When pairing with myPhonak, I can pair only one hearing aid at a time - either the right or the left - and I can’t pair both simultaneously.
The hearing aids can’t be paired together because they are not fitted as a pair. Please contact your hearing care professional to have them fitted again (with the latest available fitting software). Hearing aids must be fitted together to connect with the myPhonak app at the same time.
Once your hearing aids are fitted as a pair, both can be paired to myPhonak as a unit, and you’ll see this screen in the list of detected hearing aids:
NOTE: A pair of hearing aids that support Bluetooth and consists of two devices of the same type (matching model and performance level) is compatible with the myPhonak app.
Additionally, some mixed combinations of different hearing aid types are also supported. Your hearing care professional can provide you with information on which combinations of hearing aids are compatible with the myPhonak app.
