How to replace the battery on Phonak rechargeable hearing aids?

Built-in and non-removable rechargeable batteries can be replaced during a service.

Phonak rechargeable hearing aids contain a built-in lithium-ion battery. In case of shortened battery life or a faulty battery, please contact your hearing care professional. A battery replacement may be required. 

The operating time of rechargeable batteries depends on active features, the use of wireless accessories, hearing loss, battery age and sound environment.
