Understanding how RogerSense OS processes speech helps explain why clients experience clear conversations in difficult listening environments. With RogerSense OS – we’ve redefined our signal processing from the ground up, incorporating the latest innovations into the existing proven performance of Roger.

Four core technologies work together in real time to analyze the environment, focus on the talker, reduce competing noise, and automatically adjust volume so speech stays above background noise.
  1. Directional focus with Multibeam
    Multibeam technology detects and prioritizes the sound source with the highest SNR, capturing the spatial information that matters most.

  2. Real-time speech-noise separation with always-on Sphere technology
    The multibeam-filtered signal is further processed by the on-board deep neural network (DNN) to separate speech from noise in real time. This always-on Sphere technology delivers up to 8 hours of continuous noise suppression, supporting extended use in challenging environments.

  3. Enhanced compression strategy with natural voice processing
    A new approach to our compression systems allows us to preserve the dynamic nature of speech that voices are heard with higher fidelity.

  4.  Adaptive gain behavior to keep speech above noise
    Our patented, adaptive gain behavior with proven clinical benefits, masters the signal to dynamically adjusts the volume of the Roger On Sphere to keep voices above the noise floor.
