Why doesn't my Phonak RemoteControl work with my Infinio hearing aids?

RemoteControl Compatibility

Some older RemoteControl devices are not compatible with Infinio hearing aids (including Audéo R Infinio & CROS, Audéo Sphere Infinio, and Virto R Infinio).
