Why does my Phonak RemoteControl become unresponsive when used together with the myPhonak app?

The RemoteControl device may stop responding when used simultaneously with myPhonak, as concurrent operation of both is not supported.

To use the RemoteControl alongside the myPhonak app, you need to disable the 'Stay Connected' feature in myPhonak by following the steps below: 

  1. Open the myPhonak app. 
  2. Tap on “Devices.” 
  3. Go to “Connection Management.” 
  4. Deactivate “Stay Connected.” 

Once you’ve completed these steps, you should be able to use both the RemoteControl and myPhonak  simultaneously.
