Why is the Tap sensitivity not visible in the myPhonak app?

Tap sensitivity is only supported by some Phonak hearing aids.

Please confirm with your hearing care professional that your hearing aid model supports this feature. If it does and Tap Control sensitivity is still not available in the app, ensure that the firmware of your hearing aids is up to date.
