Why do I hear beeps in my hearing aids when pressing buttons in the myPhonak app?

You may have keyboard clicks or keypad sounds enabled on your smartphone. The myPhonak app cannot change or disable your smartphone sounds. If you do not want to hear the touch sounds on your hearing aid, go to your smartphone settings, select sounds and make sure that all touch sounds and keyboard clicks are deactivated.
