Why can’t the myRogerMic app pair or connect to my Roger On?

Troubleshooting myRogerMic app pairing problems.

To use the app, you first need to pair it with your Roger On device. Pairing is required only during the initial app setup. Once paired, the app will remember your Roger On and automatically attempt to connect whenever you open it.

Important setup steps:

  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
  • Follow the in-app instructions to successfully pair your Roger On.
  • For Android smartphones, Location Services must be enabled during the initial setup. After this, Location Services are no longer needed for the app to function.

When reconnecting to the app:

  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
  • Confirm your phone is not in flight mode.

If the connection fails:

  • Verify that Roger On is powered on and has sufficient battery.
  • Ensure Roger On is within the range of a standard Bluetooth LE connection.
