Why can’t I see the “Find my hearing aids” feature in myPhonak?

Starting with myPhonak version 7.2.1, this feature has been discontinued for phones running Android 10 or earlier.

What you can do:

• Check your phone’s Android version in Settings > About phone.
• If your phone is using Android 10 or older, the feature will not appear in the app.
• To use “Find my hearing aids,” update your phone to a newer Android version (Android 11 or later) if your device supports it.
