Why am I unable to proceed to the next screen in the myPhonak app during onboarding?

The current version, myPhonak 7.2.0, has a minor glitch that can cause one of the onboarding screens to freeze, preventing you from pairing your hearing devices.


If you're having trouble moving to the next screen while setting up myPhonak, try the following workaround:

  1. Close the app (there's no need to uninstall it).
  2. On your iPhone, navigate to Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size. Tap on Larger Text and use the slider to adjust the size to the middle value (standard).
  3. Restart the app and complete the pairing process.

After successful installation and pairing, you can change the text size back to your previous setting - the app will work fine.
