Troubleshooting pairing issues with the Phonak RemoteControl device

In case the pairing of the hearing aid with the Phonak RemoteControl has not been successful, use the following tips:

  • Turn off any nearby Bluetooth devices that are not involved in the pairing.
  • Alternatively, move to a location with fewer active Bluetooth devices (> 10m away) to reduce interference.
