Removing a Custom Program in myPhonak
To delete a custom program in the app follow these steps:
1. Go to the Devices section in the app
2. Go to “HEARING AID PROGRAMS”
3. Under "Personalized Adjustments" select the Custom Program which shall be deleted
4. Delete the "Custom Program" by pressing "Delete Program"
Please note: Programs fitted by the hearing care professional cannot be deleted.
