Can flight mode be accidentally activated on my Phonak hearing aids?
No Bluetooth connectivity when hearing aids are in a flight mode.
When you manually turn the rechargeable hearing aids on, it is important to release the button when the light starts to blink green.
If you continue to press the button, after 7 seconds the solid orange light will appear. That indicates your hearing aids entered a flight mode.
The orange light appears only for a moment, so it is possible to activate flight mode without noticing.
To enable the Bluetooth wireless function and exit flight mode in each hearing aid, switch the hearing aid off and then on again.
