How to change the Bluetooth® bandwidth in the myPhonak app settings?

Changing the Bluetooth bandwidth in the myPhonak app settings
  1. Open the myPhonak app 
  2.  Ensure the hearing aids are connected to the myPhonak app 
  3. Tap on “Devices” 
  4. Go to “Hearing aid settings” and tap on “Select connection” for Bluetooth phone calls 
  5.  Select Bluetooth connection: 
  • Normal sound quality (fixed bandwidth) 
  • Enhanced sound quality (adaptive bandwidth) 
 
IMPORTANT: Restart the hearing aids / turn the hearing aids off and on to activate the new settings.
