What should I do if my Phonak hearing aids are not connecting to a Mac computer or laptop?

My hearing aids are not connecting to Mac computer or laptop

Change the Bluetooth connection for phone calls from adaptive to fixed bandwidth. This can be done in the myPhonak app settings or by the hearing care professional in the fitting software.

IMPORTANT: Restart the hearing aids to activate the new settings.
