How to start a Remote Support session in the myPhonak app?

The Remote Session needs to be planned in advance with the hearing care professional. At the scheduled time to begin the Remote Support session, press "START A SESSION". After that, press "Start Remote Support".  The hearing care professional will then be able to call you through the app.
