How to set up the TV Connector

To Setup your TV Connector for your Phonak hearing aids please follow the steps in the short video.

 

To setup the TV Connector:

Plug the power supply unit into the socket outlet of the mains power.

Insert the smaller end of the USB cable into the free socket of the TV Connector 

Connect the free end of the optical (TOSLINK) cable into the optical digital audio output of your TV (or audio source).

When the TV Connector is plugged into a power source the very first time upon installation, the connection to the hearing aids will be initiated automatically and the hearing aids will play a confirmation tone.

Make sure the hearing aids are switched on and within 1 meter (3 ft) of the TV Connector.
